Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, contact us for a return authorization within 3 days of receipt. We will not accept any COD returns, or returns without a return authorization number and a copy of your invoice and/or packing slip.  Include a day time telephone number so that we may contact you, if necessary. The returned item must be in the orginal, unused condition. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, a credit will be issued to your account.  Please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to appear.  We will make every effort to insure that your guiltfreeshopping experience is satisfactory.
