1. Are my payments secure?

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard. If you prefer not to order on line please write to info@guiltfreeshopping.com and provide us with a daytime telephone number where we may contact you.

3. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

We are required to collect applicable sales tax on orders shipped within New York State. The tax amount will show at the time of checkout.

4. How long until I receive my order?

Many guiltfreeshopping products are made especially for you! They may take up to two weeks for shipping. Items in stock are shipped promptly. In keeping with our concern for the environment, most items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you - saving time, energy, and packaging materials. Guiltfreeshopping encourages the recycling of all packaging materials.

5. Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time we only ship to the 48 contiguous states. We hope to offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada in the near future.

6. What are your return policies?

Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, contact us for a return authorization within 3 days of receipt. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. The returned item must be in the orginal unused condition.
